8x11 in., Gouache and Digital. I was given the phrases “Heaven” and “to enclose” to illustrate. I investigated the relationship of these two, and sketched out six ideas. These three were the ones chosen by my professor to continue developing. The cosmos were painted with gouache using a masking technique. The common theme in this triptych is looking out into the beyond and being comforted.
